On-Site Leasing Specialist

Symplifyy closes the gap between property managers & renters by providing easy-to-use communication tools for everything from prospective clients to maintenance requests.

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to provide customer service that is beyond outstanding. We’re looking for a driven, intelligent person who regularly goes the extra mile. You should thrive on the urgency of a startup atmosphere and be a creative problem solver, and love to close the deal! You must be well-disciplined, and self-motivated. This is an on-site position with the possibility of remote work.


  • Use strong customer service skills and a consultative approach to cultivate prospective residents and recognize their needs regarding the property, neighborhood qualities, and location
  • Handle thorough and accurate follow up on all leads within the anticipated timeline
  • Negotiate lease terms and signings, and review documentation with new residents
  • Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow team members
  • Manage and respond to large amounts of incoming calls, voicemails, texts, or emails from Simplifyy's current residents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high level of resident satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Enter all current resident maintenance requests into the SuperRenter system
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed or as directed by the leadership team and any additional responsibilities as required


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Ability to read and write Spanish fluently is a plus
  • Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
  • Prior leasing experience strongly preferred
  • Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy required
  • Ability to successfully comprehend and display knowledge gained during training courses
  • Must have internet available at home


  • Due to property staffing limitations, position requires that individual be able to work scheduled hours on a consistent basis and, if necessary, overtime hours when requested
  • Travel may be required as necessary to attend training and other company functions
