We are searching for a candidate that is motivated to support the sales team through managing, qualifying and prioritizing leads. The Sales Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, a faster learner, very well organized, and have experience using CRM tools, GSuite and MS Office. This candidate will enter leads, acquire qualifying information, set meetings for sales team, send email follow-up, create documentation and information in order to move prospective customers through the top of the sales funnel. Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming leads, utilize internal qualifying criteria and systems to gather additional information from leads, and move them further down the sales funnel
  • Identify new leads utilizing digital lead gen tools
  • Facilitate communications between sales team and prospective customers, providing relevant follow-up information, agreements, presentations, rate sheets, etc.
  • Work with sales team schedules to set meetings with qualified leads
  • Maintain Zoho CRM data, deliver accurate reports including weekly/monthly/quarterly activity reports
  • Provide recommendations for ways to improve sales tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in sales related role
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
