It requires a passion for sourcing, engaging, and providing solutions to meet the needs of potential clients. The successful Sales Representative will develop strategies to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving set sales goals. Communication skills are key for networking, and building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Other Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Identify and contact prospective customers, follow up as necessary
  • Promote Simplifyy’s products and services
  • Research leads to ensure successful first impressions
  • Investigate various networking opportunities
  • Facilitate productive encounters between executives and future customers
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Go above and beyond to answer customers’ needs and queries thoroughly and satisfactorily


  • At least 3-5 years in sales to multifamily owners and syndicators in the United States
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Proven sales track record and a current client list
  • Demonstrate Professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
